- Service Not Delivered: If you have paid for a service that was not initiated or delivered within the agreed timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Project Cancellation: If you decide to cancel a project before any significant work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered, minus administrative fees or setup costs incurred by Lead Commandos.
- Dissatisfaction with Services: If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to reach out to us at customercare@leadcommandos.com. Our team will work with you to address the issues. In cases where the problem cannot be resolved, partial refunds may be considered.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Completed Services: Once a service has been fully completed and delivered according to the terms of your agreement, no refunds will be issued.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted due to a change in business needs, project scope, or after project completion and acceptance.
- Delayed Responses: Refunds are not available if delays are caused by the client’s lack of response, delay in providing necessary information, or failure to approve stages of the project on time.
